Job Title: Landscape Architect

Location: Ode-Remo, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Landscape Architect designs, plans, and supervises outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically appealing, environmentally sustainable, and functional while meeting client and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design parks, gardens, estates, commercial landscapes, and recreational spaces.
• Prepare landscape plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Conduct site assessments and environmental analysis.
• Select appropriate plants, trees, and landscape materials.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects.
• Ensure projects comply with environmental and planning regulations.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets.
• Present design concepts to clients.
• Monitor project progress and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related disciplines
• Professional certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
• Excellent creativity and communication skills.
• Strong project management abilities.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 monthly.
