As we expand our operations and distribution across new markets, we are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure the efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of products and materials.

Job Description

• At The Agric & Culture Company, we're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with excellence, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient material flow, and on-time order fulfilment.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environments and enjoys building efficient systems, leading teams, and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Oversee proper storage, handling, and movement of products and materials.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for timely dispatch.
• Maintain stock records, generate reports, and support audit processes.
• Maintain warehouse standards for safety, housekeeping, FIFO/FEFO, and space utilization.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales.
• Drive continuous improvement by reducing stock variances, damages, and process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in relevant discipline with 3 - 6 years of proven experience managing warehouse operations, preferably within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse best practices.
• Experience using ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A disciplined, results-driven professional with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
