Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lash & Brow Technician to join our beauty salon in Magodo.
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing high-quality lash and brow services while maintaining exceptional hygiene standards and delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Perform lash lift and lash tint services where applicable.
• Shape, tint, groom, and define eyebrows using appropriate techniques.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash and brow treatments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly disinfected before and after each client.
• Educate clients on proper aftercare to maintain their lash and brow treatments.
• Recommend suitable lash and brow care products to clients.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure every client has a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
• Stay updated on the latest lash and brow trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Adhere to all salon policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Lash & Brow Technician in a salon or beauty studio.
• Proficiency in eyelash extension application, lash lifts, eyebrow shaping, tinting, and grooming.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside within or close to Magodo or be able to commute conveniently.
