Job Title: Executive Assistant & Business Development Officer

Job Summary
- Our Client is seeking an Agile Executive Assistant and BDO to support the functions and engagements of the CEO andhandle operations of the Dubai's office.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all client enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp within agreed service timelines.
- Qualify prospective investors and maintain an accurate client database (CRM).
- Book appointments, consultations, and coordinate property viewings (virtual and physical).
- Prepare property presentations, proposals, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with developers, partners, and stakeholders to support the sales process.
- Guide clients through the property purchase process and assist with Golden Visa enquiries.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, including correspondence, contracts, invoices, payments, and record keeping.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, wealth managers, law firms, corporate organizations, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the company's growth initiatives.
- Coordinate webinars, executive masterclasses, investor events, and Dubai investor tours.
- Follow up with event attendees and respond to social media-generated enquiries.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Deliver excellent client service while supporting sales performance and business development objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in Executive Assistance, Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship Management, or Office Administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience managing client relationships and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business productivity tools.
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth clients.
