We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Media Buyer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Google Ads
  • TikTok Ads
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to increase conversions.
• Track ads performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Prepare regular ads performance reports and recommendations.
• Develop campaigns aimed at increasing online sales and customer retention.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Identify new advertising opportunities and emerging media channels.
• Recommend innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Manage advertising budgets responsibly.
• Monitor spending and ensure campaigns remain within approved budgets.
• Prepare budget utilization reports and forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, retail, or related industries is an advantage.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and advertising dashboards.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Budget planning and management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of customer acquisition and conversion optimization.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N140,000 - N150,000 per month.
