Job Description

  • You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How you will contribute

  • You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review.
  • In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

  • Implementing, coordinating and improving the Quality Chain Management Systems in the company.
  • Ensuring effective coordination of operations in the QCMS for all quality systems relevant documents, develop & deliver the sanitation agenda across the site.
  • Ensure sites hygiene, sanitation control & IPM standards are fully implemented in line with Mondelez international policy & ISO requirement.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Manage, maintain and continually improve the Quality Chain Management System present in the plant to make sure that the local Quality policy is compliant with Mondelez International, legal, Regulatory and ISO requirements. This includes both the Intranet/Quality Suite system and the controlling of the documents available in the plant in hard copy versions. All those activities involve engagement of other functions.
  • Maintain and review the documents control system to ensure corporate policies compliance and facilitates ISO certification, through audits of the system compliance, implementation of communication process and proactive identification of issues (Document Controller).
  • Responsible for HACCP Program maintenance, including but not limited only to: coordination of verification, validation, review HACCP plans, review of food safety risks as per Mondelez requirements, leading the HACCP Team, etc.
  • Establish, Manage, maintain and continually improve the Internal Audit Program and Forward / Backward Traceability exercise in order to verify effectiveness of the Quality Chain Management System.
  • Verify and update Quality System at the line. Maintain the quality displays available in the Production floor as per the current Quality System.
  • Perform and/or participate in the plant employees’ training with regards to quality awareness/ hygiene GMP/ food safety. Reviewing current practices and providing timely feedback to Plant employees. Raise the Quality awareness among the plant employees.
  • Compliance & Integrity: Know the ethical and legal compliance responsibilities of the position. Raise questions and concerns when faced with an ethical or compliance issue. Apply integrity in all aspects of professional conduct.
  • Coordinate the Hold & Release, and CAPA documentation.
  • Ensure GMP and Safety regulations & proactively support to maintain accidents free safe workplace.
  • Ensure Cross functional relationships building with Quality, Engineering & Manufacturing functions in order to successfully deliver the sanitation agenda.
  • Supporting manufacturing teams to fully embed best hygienic practices across the site in compliance with Mondelez sanitation standards.
  • Ensure review and approval of internal and contracted cleaning schedules and plans to ensure they are in line with Quality Policy requirements. 
  • To support the site Quality compliance plan to help drive a culture of everyday Quality compliance.
