Job Description

• Fhemfel Travels is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and experienced Travel Agent to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional travel services, including flight reservations and ticketing, study abroad advisory and application support, visa assistance, tour and holiday package planning, and other travel-related services.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle local and international flight reservations, ticketing, revalidation, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Provide professional travel consultation and recommend suitable travel options based on clients' needs and budgets.
• Advise prospective students on study abroad opportunities, admission requirements, and application processes.
• Assist clients with university applications and related documentation.
• Guide clients through visa application processes and ensure all required documents are properly prepared.
• Design, promote, and coordinate local and international tour and holiday packages.
• Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, invoices, and other travel documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on airline policies, visa regulations, immigration requirements, and travel industry trends.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up throughout the travel process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve departmental sales and customer service objectives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a travel agency or related role.
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS for ticketing and reservations is required.
• Sound knowledge of airline ticketing, fare construction, and travel documentation.
• Experience in study abroad admissions, visa processing, and international travel advisory.
• Experience in planning and selling tour and holiday packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales and service targets.
