Job Description

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer with prior banking experience to drive customer acquisition, build strong client relationships, and grow the comapany's customer base.
• The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities
• Promote the company's products and service to prospectives clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and business growth clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Prepare and deliver sales presnetations and proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit periodic sales reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a commercial bank, mircofinance bank, or financial institution, preferably in a sales or business development role.
• Proven ability to meet sales and business development targets.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
