Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Onsite (Monday – Friday)

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Direct Sales Agent to join our tea
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company’s financial products and services, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales and field marketing.
• Promote the company’s financial products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application processes.
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding of new clients.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a finance, banking, fintech, or microfinance company.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be resident in Port Harcourt.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
