We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Virtual Assistant – AI Video Creator & Editor (Reels Research, Production & Editing)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 8–12h daily, flexible
Start Date: Immediately

About the Role
We are hiring a detail-oriented assistant to research trending content, produce AI-generated video reels, and edit them into finished, publish-ready clips for our client accounts.

• No camera needed – 100% remote and behind the scenes
• Full step-by-step guides provided for every tool and workflow
• Prior AI/editing experience is a plus, not a requirement

Your Tasks

• Research trending topics, sounds, and formats for short-form video content (Reels/TikTok-style)
• Generate AI videos using our provided tools and templates (guides included)
• Edit clips in CapCut (cuts, captions, transitions, sound sync) into final, publish-ready reels
• Organize and label output files correctly for the team
• Follow instructions and creative briefs exactly

Requirements

• PC with minimum 200GB free storage space
• Solid specs suitable for video work (please send: CPU, RAM, Storage, OS — a screenshot from speedtest.net for your internet speed)
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Fast, reliable internet connection
• Available 8–12h/day
• Willing to work independently and ask questions when unsure
• CapCut Pro / basic video editing experience is a plus, but not required, this is basic editing and full training is provided
• AI tools / AI Reels experience is a plus, but not required — training provided

Trial & Long-Term Opportunity:

• We start with a 5-day trial period, which is paid normally like any regular working day — this gives both sides the chance to make sure the workflow and fit are right. The best performers from this trial will move into a long-term, ongoing collaboration and become a fixed part of our team, with regular hours and continued growth opportunities.
