We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead, Mini-App Platform Management

Duties & Responsibilities
Platform Governance & Operational Excellence:

  • Architect and enforce the definitive operational governance framework for the Mini App platform, establishing and managing all platform guidelines, security policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assume ultimate ownership for the day-to-day operations, ensuring mission-critical levels of availability, performance, and security for all integrated mini-apps

Developer Ecosystem & Experience Leadership:

  • Champion the developer experience by leading the platform support team to provide unparalleled, timely, and effective technical assistance to all developers and partners.
  • Design and continuously refine a frictionless technical onboarding process that accelerates the time-to-market for new mini-apps.
  • Act as the final point of escalation and resolution for critical technical and operational issues from our most strategic partners.

Strategic Process Improvement & Knowledge Management:

  • Lead the creation and curation of a comprehensive library of technical documentation, tutorials, and best-practice guides for the developer community.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to re-engineer platform processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce partner friction, and enhance the overall developer journey.

Technical Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between our partners and internal Engineering teams, translating partner feedback, bug reports, and requirements into actionable insights for the platforms into actionable insights for the platform’s technical roadmap
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to ensure a seamless and professional handover from contract signing to technical integration 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • At least 7 years of substantial experience in technical account management, platform operations, developer relations (DevRel), or partner engineering, within a large-scale PaaS or ecosystem environment.
  • Proven and inspiring experience in leading a technical support, DevRel, or platform operations team.
  • Deep, authoritative understanding of API-based platforms, modern software development lifecycles (SDLC), and scalable cloud infrastructure.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain highly complex technical concepts to both executive-level non-technical audiences and senior engineers.
