We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Timely preparation of error free exports documents for both sea and air shipments and their submission to Excise, Accounts and Marketing department
  • Preparation of applications for availing Reward/Incentive Schemes from DGFT such as Focus Market Scheme and Focus Product Scheme and carrying out their registration process at various Custom ports.
  • Online filing and preparation of applications for obtaining certificates such as Trading House Certificate, Importer Exporter Code, Registration Cum Membership Certificate from The Plastics Export Promotion Council and Certificate of Membership from Delhi Chamber of Commerce
  • Maintain and update database of exports shipment, licenses, EPCG obligations done and pending.
  • Able to provide the accurate and appropriate documentation for international trade and freight.
  • Ensure timely availing of all after export benefits.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of all export obligations.
  • Effective cost reduction for the services hired.
  • Liaison and visit to banks, ministry, customs department and DGFT.
  • Knowledge of Foreign trade policy and various trade agreement procedures (Export)
  • Maintain Due diligence and should have understanding of import and export custom procedures.
  • Able to avail all the duty benefits as per foreign trade policy.
  • Able to handle the transactions and invoiced in a foreign currency and documentation without discrepancy.
  • Able to coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders
  • Promoting a culture of quality, Environment, health, safety, and other applicable management system’s requirement.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining the IMS.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conducting audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the IMS.
  • Training employees on the IMS and its requirements.
  • Continually Pursues new development to improve Plant Safety/ Environment.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
