Job Title: Outlet Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Summary

• QSR is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outlet Manager to drive growth and oversee operations at our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building strong relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Business Development:

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Negotiate and close deals to drive business growth.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics.

Restaurant Operations:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and expenses.
• Resolve customer complaints and address operational issues.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent service.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
