- We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to lead security personnel, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and respond effectively to incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security guards across locations.
- Conduct briefings, training, and performance monitoring.
- Respond to incidents and prepare reports.
- Implement security procedures and ensure compliance.
- Manage schedules and maintain operational records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ security experience (2–3 years supervisory).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of security protocols and systems.
