Job Title: Production Entry Executive

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Entry Executive to support production operations by accurately capturing production data into the company's ERP system.
• The ideal candidate will ensure timely data entry, maintain accurate production records, support inventory reconciliation, and generate production reports to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily production transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time.
• Record production orders, material usage, finished goods, and wastage.
• Verify production records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Reconcile production data with inventory and warehouse records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality Assurance, and Planning teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Support inventory stock counts, production audits, and maintain organised production documentation.
• Report ERP-related issues affecting production data entry to the IT team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in production data entry or production administration within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience using ERP systems for production transactions (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
