We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manager, Logistics & Delivery

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose

• Provide oversight on the storage, distribution and delivery of vehicle stock
• Manage accounting for vehicle stock including inventory management, stock counting and reporting

Duties and Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Liaise with Distributor on vehicle transactions, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles from Distributor to customers.
• Oversee warehousing of vehicles.
• Monitor sales and stock transactions
• Provide oversight on the reconciliation of sales and stock position on the Navision system with physical stock

Vehicle Delivery:

• Provide oversight on the delivery of vehicle stock from distributor to company warehouses and branches etc.
• Monitor activities of third-party transporters and assess performance of transporters on a regular basis.
• Ensure accurate invoicing of vehicles sold prior to vehicle delivery to customers
• Coordinate vehicle registration and warranty activities
• Coordinate vehicle delivery activities to customers.

The person

• B.Sc Degree in Logistics/Accounting/Economics & other related fields.
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ work experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications in sales and marketing will be an added advantage
• Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of the vehicle marketing and logistics sector, including players and key trends in the area
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity.
