Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in the maintenance of high-rise building facilities with an office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team . This full-time role is central to overseeing maintenance and finishing operations, with a particular emphasis on high-rise building maintenance and sophisticated façade works.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including architectural layouts, structural designs, and schematics for building systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and electrical installations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring the execution of high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
• Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate technical team focused on finishing works.
• Ensure all structural elements are safe, stable, and fully compliant with relevant engineering codes, standards, and regulations.
• Oversee and supervise the installation of specialized façade systems, including aluminum, Alucobond, and glass work, as well as the finishing of doors, windows, and partitions.

Relevant work experience / Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering is required. A Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is a significant advantage.
• 3- 5 years of progressive work experience in building construction and finishing projects, particularly with high-rise structures.
• Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in industry-standard software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and other computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate technical teams effectively.
