Job Title: Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HMO Officer to manage relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), coordinate patient eligibility and authorization processes, and ensure timely claims processing. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in healthcare operations and insurance coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Health Information Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HMO administration, medical billing, health insurance, or a healthcare facility is preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance processes, claims management, and patient authorization procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital management software is an advantage.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
