About the role

• Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist to support strategic financial planning, investment analysis, fundraising initiatives, and corporate finance activities.
• The successful candidate will provide financial insights that support business growth and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.
• Support fundraising, investment, and corporate finance transactions.
• Prepare business valuations, feasibility studies, and investment reports.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic improvements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
• Present financial insights to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate finance, investment, or financial advisory.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
