Job Title: Merchandising Officer

Location: Asaba, Delta (Candidates must reside in Asaba or its environs)

Job Summary

• We are recruiting Merchandising Officersacross Southern Nigeria.

Job Description

• Execute market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns. Merchandise products in line with company standards.
• Set up branded promotional and product sampling stations.
• Conduct consumer education and product sampling activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Ensure excellent product visibility and compliance with approved pricing.
• Distribute promotional materials and gather market intelligence.
• Submit accurate daily digital field reports using a smartphone.
• Properly maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, NCE, or equivalent qualification.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Must be fluent in Nigerian Pidgin English.
• Basic smartphone proficiency.
• Valid means of identification.
• Must reside in Asaba or its environs.
• Must be willing to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.

Benefits

• Earn up to ₦200,000 monthly, comprising
• Weekly Field Support: ₦2,000 per working day (approximately ₦40,000/month) for meals and field expenses.
• Performance-Based Earnings: Up to ₦160,000/month based on attendance, KPI achievement, compliance, and program completion.( Earnings: ₦200,000)
• Company-provided accommodation during approved out-of-station assignments.
• Official travel and transport support for approved field deployments.
• Company-branded uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional tools.
• Comprehensive 3-month induction and field training program.
