We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Locations: Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo,
Employment Type: Full-time

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Identify potential clients and new market opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and customer needs.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• And any other job to be assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc/HND in Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5years cognate experience in Sales and Marketing or related field.
