We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Print & Production Operator

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Print & Production Operator to join our growing team. If you have hands-on experience operating large-format printing equipment and delivering high-quality print production, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large-format printing machines.
• Operate A3 DTF printers, shaker dryers, and print-and-cut systems.
• Operate plotter/cutting machines (Avante or similar).
• Set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.
• Ensure excellent print quality, colour accuracy, and timely production.
• Prepare files for printing and oversee the production process from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a reputable print shop, branding, or digital printing company.
• Strong knowledge of large-format printing, DTF printing, and print finishing processes.
• Good understanding of colour management and print quality control.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Honest, reliable, and able to meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience preparing print-ready files.
• Must reside around Peter Odili Road, Okuru, Abuloma, Woji, or nearby areas in Port Harcourt.
• Must provide two referees.

Software Requirements:

• Candidates must be proficient in:
  • SignMaster
  • Maintop
  • CorelDRAW
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Canva
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency is an added advantage.
