We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chef

Location: Ogba -Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare cooking stations by washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients using various culinary techniques (e.g.baking, sautéing, frying).
• Recipe Execution: Follow standardized recipes, adjust portions and prepare menu items to meet company quality and plating presentation standards.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor food supplies, inspect deliveries for freshness, and help manage inventory to minimize food waste.
• Health & Safety: Maintain a highly sanitized workspace, adhere to food safety regulations (such as HACCP and food temperature logs), and properly store leftovers.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with waitstaff, kitchen handsand management to ensure smooth, timely food service during peak hours.

Qualification

•  Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 1-5 years experience.
