Job Title: CNG Plant Manager

Job Purpose

• The CNG Plant Manager will be responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of Bayshore Technologies' Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Plant.
• The role is responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, maintaining high operational uptime, driving efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all applicable quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a minimum of 98% plant uptime.
• Oversee plant operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Monitor operational costs and drive efficiency.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on plant performance and maintenance.
• Provide industry insights and recommendations on market and regulatory trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in plant management, CNG operations, or the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of CNG systems, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with ISO management systems is an added advantage.

Salary
N500,000 / Month.
