Job Summary

• The Head of Operations is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the bank’s day-to-day operational activities.
• The role oversees branch operations, customer service delivery, funds transfer activities, teller operations, cash management, treasury-related activities, operational controls, and service excellence.
• The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, effective management of frontline teams, strong internal controls, and seamless customer experience across all banking touchpoints.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years’ experience in banking operations, with significant experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
• Proven experience managing branch operations, tellers, customer service teams, and transaction processing functions.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 monthly.
