We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Process Operator

Location: Iganmu, Lagos

Purpose

• To operate and monitor assigned processing equipment, including mixers, extruders, dryers, and conveyors, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production of pasta products that meet Golden Pasta's quality, food safety, and operational standards. 

The Job

• Operating processing equipment in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure continuous and efficient production. 
• Monitoring key process parameters such as temperature, moisture, pressure, and line speed to maintain product quality and process stability. 
• Conducting in-process quality checks on dough consistency, product shape, and moisture levels, and escalating deviations promptly. 
• Ensuring the proper feeding of raw materials to prevent blockages, interruptions, and uneven product flow. 
• Performing first-level troubleshooting on process equipment and supporting maintenance teams during breakdowns and changeovers. 
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of processing areas in compliance with GMP, food safety, and 5S standards. 
• Completing accurate production records, including process parameters, downtime reports, material usage, and shift handover notes

​Qualification​ 

• 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics &English in not more than 2 sittings. 

Experience:

• Two (2) to Three (3) years' relevant experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

The Person Must:

• Possess a basic understanding of industrial process equipment and manufacturing operations. 
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple process parameters simultaneously. 
• Have a good understanding of GMP, hygiene practices, and quality control procedures. 
• Be able to follow standard operating procedures accurately and consistently
