Job Title: Care Coordinator

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend availability and periodic field visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care between healthcare providers, enrollees, and the HMO.
• Ensure that healthcare services provided are medically necessary.
• Oversee the case management of admitted enrollees.
• Work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Organize medical screenings and health talks as required.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an MBBS Degree.
• Valid MDCN Practising Licence.
