Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The candidate will take some responsibilities for the personnel and human capital issues.
• Key accountabilities are administration and policies implementation for recruitment/staffing, performance management, compliance, staff records/documentation, compensation, etc.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Management or Administration or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years cognate experience in a structure environment
• HR professional qualifications/Membership an advantage
• Self-starter, capable of working with little or no supervision.

Compensation
Up to 250,000 Monthly depending on experience and qualification.
