Job Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Lead/Supervisor to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with leadership ability to deliver measurable business outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client-focused market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Development Executive (BDE) team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate marketing campaigns and performance metrics.
• Take ownership of overall team performance and results.
• Leverage organizational strengths to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Design and implement tools to enhance customer acquisition, loyalty, and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing leadership or a supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Benefits

• Salary: N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
• Attractive Sales Commission.
