Job Title: Architect / Site Manager

Description

• SOW Real Estate is expanding its Port Harcourt operations and is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architect/Site Manager to join our team.
• If you have a strong eye for design, hands-on site management experience, and a passion for delivering quality real estate developments, we want to hear from you.
• The Architect/Site Manager will be responsible for producing architectural designs and drawings, and overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are executed to specification, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and 3D renders for proposed developments
• Review and interpret building plans, structural drawings, and specifications
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities and contractors
• Ensure construction work complies with approved designs, safety standards, and building regulations
• Monitor project timelines, materials, and workmanship quality on site
• Liaise with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve design and construction issues
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
• Ensure compliance with relevant town planning and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Sc/B.Arch) or related field
• 2-5 years' relevant experience in architectural design and site supervision, preferably within real estate or construction
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar)
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must currently reside in Port Harcourt.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
