Job Title: Telecom Sales Agent
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's telecom products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Process customer applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market intelligence and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years' proven sales experience in the telecommunications or insurance industry is mandatory.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and prospecting skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
- Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos.
