Job Title: Sales Representative / Counter Staff

Location: Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Ikeja outlet - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The Sales/Server Staff plays a pivotal role in delivering excellent customer service and promoting sales by courteously attending to guests, processing orders, handling payments, serving food, and maintaining cleanliness of the service area.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Greet all customers warmly and professionally as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist customers with menu selection by providing knowledge on food items, ingredients, portion sizes, and combo offers.
• Accurately take customer orders at the counter
• Ensure cleanliness of serving counters, trays, tables, and customer dining area
• Operate Point-of-Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process cash, card, or electronic transactions.
• Stay up to date with the full menu, daily specials, new items, prices, and ongoing promotions.
• Give daily sales report at the endof day/shift.

Requirements / Skills

• SSCE / WAEC / NCE / OND qualification
• Must be smart and pay attention to details
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy periods.
• Ability to handle cash accurately.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Salary
N70,000 + Accommodation is available.
