We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Human Resources & Admin

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration team.
  • Maintain employee records and support HR documentation.
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and general office documentation.
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other departmental activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years' relevant work experience.
  • Exposure to Human Resources or Administrative functions is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside within Ikorodu or its environs.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
