Job Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven Field Sales Representative to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, conducting client visits, managing accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage customer accounts and provide after-sales support.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Lagos.

Salary
N150,000 / Month.
