Job Summary

• We are a leading glass manufacturing company operating within the Ogun Guangdong Free Trade Zone. We are seeking two highly fluent Chinese-speaking professionals to join our team.
• This role bridges communication between our international management and local operations to ensure seamless production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate, Office Assistant, and Communicate: Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between Chinese management and local staff/workers.
• Operational Support: Translate technical production manuals, safety guidelines to local employees, and daily shift targets.
• Cross-Cultural Liaison: Assist in resolving operational bottlenecks by ensuring clear cross-cultural communication.
• Documentation: Handle daily production reports, emails, and correspondence in both Chinese and English.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Cultural Experience: Candidates who have lived, studied, or worked in China are heavily preferred (not mandatory).
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to grasp technical manufacturing terms quickly.
• Availability: Ready to work full-time on-site within the Free Trade Zone environment.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing or glass production is a strong plus but not required.
