We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Funland Kiddies Supervisor

Location: Ibadan - Akala, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Duties
Shift Management:

• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Ensure proper staffing during shifts
• Maintain workflow and team coordination.

Staff Supervision:

• Supervise frontline staff (cashiers, servers, kitchen staff)
• Assign duties and monitor performance
• Train new employees and support ongoing development.

Inventory Support:

• Assist in stock monitoring and control
• Report shortages or discrepancies
• Help reduce wastage.

Minimum Qualifications

• HND / BSc in any discipline
• 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor, especially in a food retail company.

Skills:

• Strong leadership
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Organizational skill
• Close attention to details.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
