Job Description
- The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving business goals through effective management and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Requirements
- Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of restaurant management software and POS systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
