We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Qualified Chef
Location: Akure Airport Road, Oba Ile, Beside Primary Health Center, Araromi, Akure - Ondo
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and design menus that are creative, cost-effective, and in line with customer preferences.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
- Monitor stock levels, order ingredients, and control food costs to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Work closely with management to improve operations and achieve business goals.
Requirement
- Interested candidates should possess relevant culinary cartification or a Diploma and above.
