We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Financial Operations, Treasury & Tax Compliance

Location: Utako, Abuja

Job Description

  • Lead UR9 Group's financial operations by overseeing daily accounting, cash flow tracking, revenue monitoring, expenditure control, reconciliations, financial reporting and proper documentation across all business units.
  • Manage treasury functions including liquidity planning, bank relationships, payment processing, receivables follow-up, working capital management, fund allocation and financial controls to support UR9's operational stability and growth.
  • Ensure full tax and statutory compliance by coordinating VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT, pension, NHF, regulatory filings, audits, internal controls and timely submission of all financial obligations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field; professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, ANAN or relevant finance qualification is required.
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in financial operations, treasury management, tax compliance, accounting, audit, budgeting and corporate finance with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Must have practical experience managing cash flow, bank transactions, statutory remittances, financial reporting, reconciliations, tax filings, audits and finance operations within a multi-unit, project-based or fast-growing organization.
  • EXCEL

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong financial management, accounting, treasury, budgeting, cash flow planning, cost control, reconciliation and management reporting skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Nigerian tax laws, statutory deductions, regulatory compliance, audit processes, internal controls, financial documentation and corporate governance requirements.
  • High-level analytical ability, attention to detail, integrity, leadership, confidentiality, problem-solving and the capacity to coordinate finance-related activities across multiple UR9 subsidiaries and departments.

Salary
N300,000 monthly (Experience & Expertise Dependent).
