Job Title: Project Manager (Male)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager (Male) to join our growing real estate company. The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing real estate development or construction projects within a real estate organization. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor real estate development projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and address risks or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare regular project reports and present updates to senior management.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in a real estate company.
• Demonstrated experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or other project management software is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are an added advantage.
