Job Summary

• The HR Professional will manage all human resources operations for the hospital, ensuring a productive workforce and strict compliance with labour laws.

• Employee
• Background Checks
• Training and Development
• Performance Management
• Compensation and Benefits
• Roster and Attendance compliance
• Leave Administration
• Policy development and enforcement
• Labour law compliance
• Employee engagement, retention and exit management.

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N180,000 - N200,000 / month.
