Job Overview
- We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People & Culture team, with a primary focus on supporting our Retail and Operations units.
- This is not a traditional HR role.
- You will operate as a true business partner—embedded within the business, working directly with leaders and teams to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate business goals into effective people and performance strategies
- Drive performance management cycles, KPI tracking, and accountability frameworks across teams
- Provide real-time workforce insights and analytics to support smarter, faster decision-making
- Strengthen leadership capability by coaching managers on performance, feedback, and team management
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair, timely, and business-aligned manner
- Identify workforce inefficiencies and proactively recommend practical, data-backed improvements
- Support execution of HR initiatives that directly improve productivity and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND,
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally with strong HRBP exposure
- Solid experience in performance management, employee relations, and workforce analytics
- Strong business acumen with a data-driven and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Experience working with HR systems and modern, agile HR practices
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, operational or retail-driven environments.
