Job Description

• We are looking for a technical engineer representative to drive B2B and industrial sales for a growing organization based in Isolo, Lagos.
• This role suits a sales professional who can navigate both technical and relationship-led selling, building strong client relationships while translating product and application knowledge into value for industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage B2B and industrial client accounts within the assigned territory.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement teams.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and technical consultation through to closing and after-sales support.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND in relevant field 
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B or industrial sales, ideally within a similar channel or sector.
• Comfortable with technical selling as well as relationship-led/consultative selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical product specifications to clients.

Remuneration
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
