Job Summary

• Responsible for food preparation, kitchen supervision, quality control, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
• Supervise kitchen staff and workflow.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and organization.
• Monitor ingredient usage and wastage.
• Plan food production and requisitions.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
