Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikosi-Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to new sign-ups promptly to ensure they feel welcomed and supported.
• Guide assigned businesses through the KYC verification process for smooth activation.
• Support the activation and adoption of Paycita among assigned businesses.
• Provide onboarding and training to help customers use Paycita confidently.
• Build strong relationships that drive customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Encourage upgrades from free plans to paid subscriptions.
• Attend to customer enquiries, issues, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Encourage happy customers to refer other businesses to Paycita.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Who You Are

• OND / HND / BSc in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, business development, or client management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
• Fintech, SaaS, or digital service experience is a plus.
• Skilled in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
