Job Title: Senior Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

• We are seeking experienced, result-driven, and highly motivated professionals to join our team as senior medical Sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Execute demand-generation activities, CMEs, and other promotional programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities through the company's sales software.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N300,000  monthly.
