Our client, a reputable company specializing in premium farm produce, is looking to recruit a results-driven Marketing Officer to join its team in Mainland Lagos.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving sales of the company's range of farm produce including palm oil, spices, garri, local snacks, fish, and other food products.
• Identifying and acquiring new customers across wholesale, retail, and institutional markets.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and other key accounts.
• Executing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
• Contributing to market intelligence
• Managing customer inquiries, negotiations, and after-sales relationships.
• Promoting the company's products through both physical and digital marketing channels.
• Preparing periodic sales reports and achieving agreed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years' experience selling farm produce, FMCG, or similar products.
• A training in Enterprise Development or a related professional course will be an added advantage.

Skills Set
Applicants should possess:

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of the FMCG or farm produce market.
• Knowledge of wholesalers, distributors, and supermarket chains is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, especially Meta Business Suite and TikTok.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple customer accounts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N240,000 per month plus attractive commission on sales made.
