Role Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join our esteemed legal team.
• In this role, you will work with attorneys in various legal matters, conduct research, and contribute to drafting legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents
• Support senior attorneys in client consultations and case strategy development
• Participate in negotiations and drafting of settlement agreements
• ⁠Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence
• Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry trends relevant to our practice areas

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Called to Bar.
• Applicant must reside on the island.
