Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) or Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and oversee all Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy implementation, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and iterpersonal skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 per month.
