Description

• The Business and Client Experience Manager is responsible for driving business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences across all client touchpoints.
• The role oversees sales performance, customer relationship management, client retention, and service excellence to enhance brand loyalty and achieve revenue targets.
• The incumbent develops business strategies, manages client engagement initiatives, supports marketing efforts, and leads customer-facing teams to ensure operational efficiency and a premium shopping experience consistent with the brand’s values.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
